Just a quick reminder about my service commitments to you - my valued clients.

1) When you send me an email with a creative, voice, or production request, I usually respond within a couple of hours - sooner if I’m in the studio at the time the email is received.

2) If you do not get a response by noon Central time the next working day…something is wrong. Probably an email server issue that prevented the delivery of your email, or I may simply be out of the office (for which you would have been notified). admittedly, I have missed an email once or twice.

3) If you are expecting creative from me, please feel free to bug me, follow up at will, send up smoke signals. I always try to get scripting and script-approved production back to you within TWO WORKING DAYS. If this is not possible - re talent availability, technical issues, etc - I will always inform you. Please contact me if you have not received your materials.
